Thank you for bringing back the country fried steak sandwich! My husband and I had them for lunch today, our meals were piping hot, the steak was juicy, the onion rings were crispy and the raspberry tea just hit the spot! Good job Sonic!

I just visited this location and received very poor service. I was told I had to wait 25 minutes for one drink, and there were only 8 people total there waiting to get food and drinks. I asked how many people were working I was told there was a full crew. I asked why it was taking so long and my server Riley told me they were restocking instead of filling orders. I am very disappointed in my experience and do not appreciate the poor service. They were also disrespectful when taking my order and cut me off when trying to talk.

Had the egg sandwich. A picture of the menu looks like the bread was toasted but in reality drilled and quite greasy. I really didn't like it

This sonic had 6 people on duty and there was only a total of 8 cars at this sonic and they tried to tell us to wait 28 minutes for one drink! There excuse was they were restocking instead of dealing with the customers!

One of the few places you can get jalapeño poppers ...and they're great. You don't have to worry that the pepper will get dragged out on the first bite. The burgers are pretty good too.

I usually come here and the service is spot on! I don’t know what happened tonight, but these children here could not get my order right. I don’t know if it were them bouncing around the inside playing on their phones or what it was, but I had to come 3 times in a 20 minute period, for them to get my order right. After the 3rd visit ( in less than 20 minutes I might add again) I was too mad to eat it and fed it to my dog. VERY poor service tonight!!!

Try the vanilla sweet tea if you like vanilla. Lol. My favorite go to drink. I have the app and text service. One text a week gets you deals, and the app gets you happy hour anytime for a limited time.

Expensive food that you could deep fry yourself but at least they do the work for you

Told us they didn't have banana splits.... We went to Fort Payne and got them with no problem. This is the only Sonic I've been to that doesn't have them.. Probably won't be back here again.

Food was horrible. Not hot and stail.

Ordered early on the app at 1:27 and had a check in time at 1:40 and then had to wait another 15 mins after that before the food showed up. So what is the point in having an app to order ahead? Then part of the order was wrong and had to wait another 10 mins for that to come back. I feel bad for the girl having to deliver the food because she was by herself with all of the cars. This is not the first issue we have had with this place but will most definitely be the last.

This location of Sonic is better than some. The orders are right and the service has been very good. I've never had a bad experience here and have been going to this Sonic for around 10 years.

This particular Sonic was awesome because they gave me plenty of cherries in my cherry limeade.

This place is walking distance from my house. Varied menu for fast food. Lots of shakes, sundaes and slush drinks. Great place to walk up to with kids in warm weather.

Pulled up rang bell waited about 10 minutes no response then rang again sign then told me to wait on screen waited and waited no one ever came to screen not very happy with sonic

I love eating here and getting drinks served over crunchy ice. I have had only 1time food wasn't good but other than that it's awesome

Short handed the day we went. So service was slow and my coffee was lukewarm but food was really good.

Very immature and unprofessional employees. I understand this is a job for younger high school students but they really should hold them more accountable so they’re not acting like children when they hit the actual work force. These girls were screaming laughing over the headset while I was trying to order and it really made me want to just take my business elsewhere. Not a huge deal just frustrating.

Didnt take long for my order runner was very friendly... my issues were onion rings were over cooked and my burger was sad. I ordered the #2 burger with no cheese but all the way with everything else. Maybe I should have ordered extra toppings and condiments.

Land was extremely long. And when i receive my food my slushie was watered down and tater tots was soggy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a sonic. Had to push the button 3 different times within 10mins just to order. After receiving my food I asked the girl that brought it if everything(the sauces and ketchup) was in there and she quickly said yes then proceeded to talk to some younger boys. Didn’t think I’d need to check the bag after her confirming it but should’ve before I left. I ordered a number eleven, 5 piece with honey mustard and a pretzel twist. I got 3 burnt chicken fingers with no honey mustard, ketchup, or cheese for my pretzel. Bad service is an understatement in this case.

Carhop did a wonderful job despite us having a rather big order. A few minor complaints but otherwise a good experience. Food tasted great, ect

Multiple counts of fries not included with order. All blasts in this order were approximately a quarter blast and three quarter plain ice cream. I'm not wasting my time going back and talking with a manager. I'll just stop spending my money there. For $50 I expect better.

Sometimes when I go here the food is amazing and the service is not too shabby.But then there are the times like the day before yesterday. I ordered a banana milkshake. They gave me a strawberry milkshake. I guess those sound too similar.Or the time before that when their screens were down and they simply said in a snarky tone, "We'll keep track of your order." Among my order was a Route 44 sweet tea with mango add in. I received a medium mango slush.Or a few months back when I ordered a slush with nerd candy. And I didn't get the nerd candy despite paying for it. Or the times I order the Oreo A La Mode and they forget the ice cream.

Love their dranks and their footlong hotdogs and the employees are very nice

Both Sonic drive ins in my area are good places to grab a quick bite to eat. Rainsville and Fort Payne.

We didn't get anything. Waited 15 minutes and still no one took order so left

The sonic in rainsville is the slowest unfriendly place you can go and they are ridiculous it took us 35 minutes to get 2 large sweet teas

The food was alright. The service? Not so good. It was very slow. Our carhop was nice so no complaints. We got 4 tubs of ranch dressing for the cheddar poppers. That was more than enough. But we didn't get ketchup for the tater tots. And, do they still give you mints? We didn't get any. Just wondering. This location is always this way. I know Sonics are generally slow but this one is slow enough that I wouldn't consider stopping for lunch on a work day..
